European Project Management

This stand-alone course offers an accessible and comprehensive introduction to European project management, requiring no prior knowledge. It is open to students from all years and levels of study. The course is designed to deepen understanding of how European projects are conceived, developed, and implemented.

 

Participants will gain a solid skill set, including strategies for identifying and securing funding opportunities, managing resources efficiently, and reporting project outcomes in line with EU requirements.
