Start-up programme ALIVE – Accelerating Longevity Innovations and Vitality Experiences – now receiving applications
Start-ups wishing to join the programme are invited to submit their application before 16 March 2026
Are you developing an innovative project in the field of well-being and ageing? Université Côte d’Azur has launched the ALIVE start-up programme – Accelerating Longevity Innovations and Vitality Experiences – within the framework of the European University Alliance Ulysseus. Applications are open until 16 March 2026.
Led by the Institute for Innovation and Partnerships (2IP) Well-being and Ageing at Université Côte d’Azur, ALIVE supports entrepreneurs and start-ups committed to addressing the societal challenges linked to demographic transition and increasing longevity.
A six-month hybrid programme dedicated to innovation
Running from April to October 2026, the programme follows a hybrid format, enabling participants to combine on-site activities with remote engagement. Over six months, selected start-ups benefit from structured, high-level support that combines academic expertise, market insight and access to advanced technological infrastructures.
Comprehensive support for high-impact projects
The ALIVE programme provides:
- Masterclasses and dedicated meetings with leading specialists and researchers in fields such as biotechnology, neuroscience and economics
- Learning expeditions, conferences and professional events, offering deeper insight into the Silver Economy market
- Access to innovative infrastructures, including a living lab and connected home for real-time experimentation, as well as a fab lab and co-working spaces
Through the Ulysseus alliance, participants gain privileged access to an international innovation ecosystem, fostering strong synergies between research, innovation and business development.
