Welcome Guide
On this website you will find useful information from each partner university. From our services and support, to guidance on health and safety, and advice on preparing to study with us online and in person, we have lots of information to help you.

Accomodation
Finding accommodation is not an easy task and not all universities offer accommodation to incoming students, so it is highly recommended to arrange it as soon as possible. The University of Seville has the Service for Assistance to the University Community (SACU) that offers members of the University Community, pre-university students and other related groups, personalised attention to provide information, guidance and advice on matters related to university life at the University of Seville. There you will also find relevant information about your pre-arrival preparations.
If you are interested in a university residence or renting a room you can contact directly with SACU through this email sacualojamiento@us.es. They will provide you with all the information you need to apply for this type of accommodation.
For more detailed information about accommodation please consult the Ulysseus Welcome Guides from each partner university or refer to the CitiesMD handbook.

Student Support & Services
Students can enjoy assistance at Ulysseus universities and have access to sports facilities, language tandems and accommodation services, among others.
Students are offered comprehensive support before, during, and after their stay. Prior to arrival, services include help with visa applications, entry document guidance, accommodation search, family reunion advice, and scholarship applications. Upon arrival, students receive an escort service, help with accommodation, visa and grant-related matters, as well as guidance on health insurance, banking, and accessing university facilities like the library and computer center. During their stay, support extends to family reunification, childcare, work-life balance advice, partner career support, and access to language courses, cultural events, sports, and discussion groups. At the end of their stay, students are assisted with departure formalities, such as housing cancellation, given advice on post-program support and funding opportunities, and offered continued alumni support.
Full list of our student support and services is available at the CitiesMD Handbook.
