This is a hands-on, reflective online course designed to help you build the mindset and skills needed to shape meaningful, sustainable futures, both for yourself and for the world around you. In a time shaped by complexity, uncertainty, and cultural diversity, the ability to think creatively, act with empathy, and navigate change is more important than ever. This course guides you through key innovation skills, such as systems thinking, futures literacy, and intercultural awareness, and helps you apply them to your own goals and context.
