Double Bachelor’s Degree in Law

The Double BA’s joint programme, with an international learning experience and a focus on core knowledge, skills and competences in law, is particularly attractive for students who can be awarded two degrees after one year abroad and which opens up to a various set of jobs and/or further HE studies.

Learning Paths

-for UniCA students: after one successful academic year spent at UniGE, they are awarded a Laurea Triennale in Servizi legali all’impresa e alla pubblica amministrazione (Italian Bachelor’s degree) as well as a Licence en droit (French Bachelor’s degree);

–for UniGE students : likewise, after one successful year at UniCA, they can get a Licence en droit (French Bachelor’s degree), along with the academic credits enabling them to continue their studies in Italy towards a Laurea Magistrale (Italian Master’s degree).

Learning Outcomes

UniCA_Licence, mention “Droit” : enables students to get familiar with core knowledge in law and political science, fundamental legal mechanisms, together with first insights into related professional practice.

Participation fees

Students are registered at their home University with tuition fees to be paid to it. Additional participation fees might be required at their host university for their mobility period if this is required by the university regulations.

Important : costs related to transport, accommodation and living expenses are borne by each student

Mobility

Get in touch with the contact point (see below) at your home university, during semester 1 the year before your mobility plans.

-Exchange students from UniCA must complete their third year of « Licence » at UniGE.

-Exchange students from UniGE must complete their fourth year of « Laurea magistrale » at UniCA.
