Digital Transformation Plan Milestone

This video presents a major milestone in ALFA Labs: the development of the Digital Transformation Plan (DTP). The DTP provides a structured framework to assess AI readiness and strengthen digital capacity in teaching, research, and administration across higher education institutions. It also introduces the vision of an intuitive app that will support universities in putting the plan into practice.

Living Labs

This video explains the role of Living Labs within the ALFA Labs project. Project Meeting in Innsbruck

This video highlights key outcomes of the ALFA Labs project meeting hosted by MCI in Innsbruck. Partners finalized the AI Digital Transformation Plan, launched the first user testing of the AI Assessment Index Tool, and co-created inclusive hybrid teaching approaches together with universities across Europe. It showcases the collaborative momentum driving AI-powered digital transformation within the Ulysseus Alliance.
