Workshop: Becoming Change Makers for Intersectional Empowerment and Impact

How could ideas lead to meaningful change? And how could entrepreneurship be shaped in a way that was inclusive and socially responsible?

This online workshop invited participants to explore these questions together with speakers from different backgrounds within the start-up ecosystem. It offered space to reflect on how innovation emerged, whose perspectives were included, and what impact could look like in different contexts.

The workshop addressed topics related to inclusion and intersectionality. We were committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment in which all participants felt welcome.

Active participation was encouraged, but not required. Participants were free to decide how much they wanted to contribute. Everyone was asked to engage respectfully and to help create a space in which different perspectives could be shared constructively.
