Learn the basics of Slovak language virtually! You are invited to study six modules on various up to date topics. This self-paced course is tailored for the people interested in Slovak language and culture. The course is self-paced, and you can study flexibly at your own terms and pace.
Participants will work towards achieving level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). They will acquire a basic knowledge of the Slovak language and will be able to understand and use simple structures and vocabulary to communicate in routine everyday situations, including introducing themselves. They will also be able to write simple messages for everyday purposes.
In addition, participants will become familiar with Slovak culture and daily life and will be able to act appropriately in most situations where cultural differences are important.
