About the webinar
This second edition of the Research & Innovation (R&I) Groups Webinar Series continues the momentum initiated in March, bringing together Ulysseus R&I Groups to strengthen collaboration, showcase expertise, and explore concrete European project opportunities.
The webinar will combine short R&I Group pitches, thematic exchange, and strategic funding insights from the Ulysseus International Project Office (IPO), with a particular focus on helping groups move from research ideas toward structured European collaboration. This edition will also introduce European Partnerships as a strategic funding pathway within Horizon Europe, alongside selected thematic opportunities relevant to participating groups.

Session 1 – Strategic Funding Perspectives (09:30 – 10:15)
A strategic introduction to European collaborative funding opportunities, with a dedicated focus on European Partnerships and their role within Horizon Europe.
Session 2 – R&I Groups Pitches & Funding Opportunities (10:15 – 12:30)
Interactive thematic sessions where participating R&I Groups will:
- Present their expertise and research interests
- Identify collaboration opportunities
- Explore relevant European funding pathways with the IPO members
- Discuss possible synergies for future project development
