About this event

Workshop Gender equality, EDI and internationalisation: inclusive innovation, human mobility, gender networks, and cross-country knowledge sharing

We are pleased to invite you to another Semiannual Workshop on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) & Community Engagement (CE) scheduled for October 5, 2026, from 14:30 to 17:00 CET. The workshops are organised by WP6 of Ulysseus.

Rather than focusing on a single overarching theme, the meeting will bring together a range of topics and contributions reflecting the diversity of activities, projects, and perspectives developed within the Ulysseus network.

The programme will explore different dimensions of equality, diversity, inclusion, internationalisation, and gender studies in academic and research contexts. Contributions will address the integration of EDI perspectives into innovation ecosystems, new approaches to internationalisation and human mobility, and the development of gender networks across geographical and institutional contexts.

Particular attention will also be given to the role of data and knowledge sharing in advancing gender studies. The Italian case will be presented as a possible template for collecting and sharing data across countries, highlighting the potential of common approaches to support comparison, collaboration, and knowledge exchange within the Ulysseus network.

The meeting aims to foster dialogue and exchange among colleagues, showcase ongoing initiatives, and encourage collaboration across institutions and areas of expertise.
