About the speaker

Dr. Anna Lahtinen is a Senior Researcher at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland, and Coordinator of the Human-Driven AI Research Group. She specializes in the impact of AI on leadership, business, and the future of work. Through her research and public engagement, she helps organizations understand and navigate the opportunities and challenges created by artificial intelligence. Her publications include AI as a Boss (2026), Unlocking the Power of AI for Managers and Employees (2024), and Empowering SMEs with AI (2023). She also hosts the AI in Finland interview series featuring leading Finnish executives and influencers.
