Workshop: Becoming Change Makers for Inclusive Entrepreneurship and Impact

Workshop: Becoming Change Makers for Inclusive Entrepreneurship and Impact

An online webinar for university students who want to turn ideas into impact: hear from entrepreneurs, ask your questions, and explore how you can drive inclusive change.

The webinar is free of charge and open to all members of the Ulysseus community. Registration is now open – secure your spot until 20 Nov!

What to expect?

How can different perspectives shape more inclusive entrepreneurial ideas, and what does it take to turn them into impact?

The workshop combines short inputs from entrepreneurs with opportunities for exchange. After a brief introduction to the topic, our speakers share their entrepreneurial journeys and perspectives, each followed by a live Q&A. In a closing interactive session on a Miro board, you can reflect on what inspired you and think about your own first steps. No prior experience with the tools is needed, and you can choose whether to take part in the interactive elements. The session is designed to be accessible and engaging for all participants.

Audience

This workshop is open to university students from across the Ulysseus alliance who are interested in social impact, entrepreneurship, innovation, equality, diversity, and inclusion, regardless of whether they already have entrepreneurial experience. The workshop is held in English and is free of charge.

Programme

The workshop begins with a short welcome and introduction by our moderator, Namrata Sethi (Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences), followed by inputs from invited speakers and a live Q&A. An interactive session invites participants to share their ideas and questions in a simple, accessible format – via Miro. The workshop concludes with key takeaways and closing reflections.

Our goal: a respectful and inclusive space

This workshop addresses topics related to inclusion and diversity. We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive environment in which all participants feel welcome.

Active participation is encouraged, but not required. Participants are free to decide how much they would like to contribute. We ask everyone to engage respectfully and to help create a space where they can share different perspectives constructively.
