Artificial Intelligence for Business Transformation and Education

This seminar introduces the Innovation Hub of Applied Artificial Intelligence for Business and Education, based in Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and its role in fostering AI-driven solutions for business and education. Additionally, this session runs an overview of the Ulysseus Joint Master’s Program in AI for Business Transformation, designed to equip students with the skills to harness AI for transforming businesses.

Key topics include challenges in human-AI interaction, such as acceptance, trust, personality, and gender, and their impact on integrating AI technologies. Additionally, the role of social robots in enhancing education is discussed, showcasing innovative methods to meet learners’ needs. A learning analytics-based approach to understanding factors that influence study completion times is also presented.
