BIP: Digital Transformation in Education

This BIP focuses on the transformative role of digital technologies in higher education, examining their impact on teaching, learning, and academic management. Participants will engage with emerging digital tools and innovative pedagogical approaches, develop digital competencies for both staff and students, and investigate strategies for effective integration of technology into curricula.

 

An overview of digital transformation in education will be given to participants through an introductory MOOC which covers the basics of the topic. After completing it, participants should be well prepared to move on to the on-site contents.

 

Please be aware that your home university may set a different application deadline depending on their internal selection process.

Virtual Component

The virtual component will be held from 04 to 21 June 2026.

The BIP starts with the online component, starting with a one-hour webinar which will take place the 4nd of June. Posteriorly, on the same date, participants will engage in a 2-hours self-paced MOOC hosted in Université Côte d’Azur’s Moodle. Participants need to previously register via the shared form and will receive instructions on how to log in to complete the MOOC.

The MOOC provides participants with an engaging introduction to internationalization in higher education.
