The PATH project warmly invites experts, students, and stakeholders from higher education, public employment services, AI, ethics, and industry to join an interactive online forum dedicated to ethical AI for career guidance.

 

During this engaging session, we will present the project’s progress and upcoming prototype plans, collaboratively validate the functional and non-functional requirements of our AI-based career guidance tool, and explore key ethical criteria for AI applications in guidance.

 

We welcome Public Employment Service representatives, career guidance and alumni professionals, AI, data and ethics experts, industry partners, and students interested in career guidance and artificial intelligence. Your insights will directly contribute to shaping the PATH prototype—ensuring it is practical, responsible, and aligned with real-world needs—while offering a unique opportunity to collaborate with peers and experts across Europe in a dynamic, high-impact exchange.

PATH – Personalised AI Tool for eThical career guidance is a project designed to strengthen academic and career guidance services through the development and validation of an ethical AI-powered tool and prototype and serves as a Cooperation Partnership in Higher Education within the Erasmus+ programme, supporting innovation and collaboration across European universities.
