Particular attention will be given to the exchange of best practices among early-career researchers, with an emphasis on inclusive methodologies and sustainable academic cultures.

We are pleased to invite you to the next Semiannual Workshop on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) & Community Engagement (CE), taking place on 29 October 2025, from 14:30 to 16:30 CET. This event is designed for Universities interested in promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within academic settings, and will feature a series of presentations by experts and professionals in the field.

The upcoming programme will explore emerging themes related to equality, diversity, and innovation in academic contexts. Key discussions will include gender-sensitive budgeting practices, global perspectives on policy dissemination, and the identification of gender bias in artificial intelligence systems. Particular attention will be given to the exchange of best practices among early-career researchers, with an emphasis on inclusive methodologies and sustainable academic cultures.

The programme aims to strengthen dialogue, share knowledge, and inspire institutional change through collaborative reflection and action. This event is organized as part of the work of the Ulysseus University Alliance. Ulysseus places particular emphasis on EDI topics and has an entire work package, coordinated by the University of Genoa, Italy, dedicated to these themes.
