RADAR is an integrative and democratic governance, with professional mechanisms for qualitative (Ulysseus Canvas) and quantitative (Ulysseus RADAR observatory) monitoring, including Governance, Action and Annual plans for decision making and assessment processes and handbooks for effective cooperation on main activities.

Functions of RADAR

Monitor project performance

Tracks Ulysseus’ progress using quantitative and qualitative indicators.

Risk management

Identifies and addresses risks to ensure the project stays on course.

Adjustment and improvements

Proposes corrective actions and necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Track external changes

Observes shifts in EU policies, economy, society, job market, and skills demands.

Data collection and analysis

Gathers data from Ulysseus activities and the higher education sector to diagnose situations and forecast trends.

Support decision-making

Produces reports to inform key decision-making bodies within Ulysseus.

Internal evaluation

Leverages experts from Ulysseus to assess project progress and offer insights for improvement.

Future-focused learning

Identifies and integrates new key skills and competencies into Ulysseus educational programs.

Expert team oversight

A group of 10 experts, including the General Coordinator and a student representative, evaluates progress using various quality tools and reports.

Annual reporting

Publishes a comprehensive analysis of Ulysseus’ progress, including recommended improvement measures, in an annual report.

Annual meetings

Holds a yearly meeting to review the report and discuss the next steps for achieving Ulysseus’ joint vision.
