- The lecture provides an overview of the various aspects of economic psychology and related psychological fields. In addition, the psychological background of human resources selection and human resources development is considered as a focal point.
- Learning outcomes: The lecture is intended to provide participants with an overview of key fields and skills that are required both for “fresh” company founders or freelancers starting a business from university and for managers or graduates in positions of responsibility.
- The lecture is appropriate for students (Bachelor and Master) of all subjects and departments.
