BIP: Internationalization for Society

This BIP focuses on the societal dimension of internationalization and the contribution of higher education institutions to the public good. It will explore how international strategies, partnerships, and mobility initiatives can strengthen social engagement, global citizenship, and community-oriented impact. Discussions will consider inclusive internationalization models and the ways HEIs can extend the benefits of global collaboration to society at large.

Following this course, participants will be able to:

Virtual Component

The virtual component will be held from 04 to 21 June 2026.

The BIP starts with the online component, starting with a one-hour webinar which will take place the 4nd of June. Posteriorly, on the same date, participants will engage in a 2-hours self-paced MOOC hosted in Université Côte d’Azur’s Moodle. Participants need to previously register via the shared form and will receive instructions on how to log in to complete the MOOC.

The MOOC provides participants with an engaging introduction to internationalization in higher education.
