Ulysseus Arabic Beginner 1

Welcome to Ulysseus Arabic Beginner 1 course! In this self-study course you will learn the different ways of greeting and introducing yourself, as well as different basic concepts and expressions of the language. Arabic can be a very different language from the ones you have studied so far. Therefore, in this process, focus particularly on pronunciation, writing and reading. The correct learning of this content is essential for the correct acquisition of the Arabic language and to avoid difficulties in higher levels.

 

You should be familiar with the Arabic alphabet before you enroll in this course. If you haven’t studied Arabic before, we recommend that you complete the Ulysseus Arabic Beginner 1 Introduction course first. Even though this is a self-study course, a teacher will be available to answer your questions.

Course content

Throughout the process of this online course, you will learn:

  • After learning about the uniqueness of the language and some of the peculiarities of Arabic in the first Introduction course, you will now delve into the language and begin to know how to use it.
  • How to speak Arabic. You will learn the basic rules of grammar and vocabulary, with special attention to sounds, pronunciation and how they are expressed graphically.
  • How to use Arabic. You will become familiar with greetings and how to introduce yourself, as well as how to write and pronounce new vocabulary.
