Ulysseus Alliance includes eight diverse universities, solidly involved in the development of their regions and cities:
- Five comprehensive universities, the University of Seville, Université Côte d’Azur, the University of Genoa; the University of Münster; and the University of Montenegro;
- One technical university, the Technical University of Kosice;
- Two universities of applied sciences, Management Center Innsbruck and Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences;
