TRAINING NEEDS SURVEY

The Ulysseus consortium includes 152 Associated Partners. Ulysseus seeks to create a space for our Associated Partners to express their specific training concerns and to inquire about their training plans. Ulysseus can become a provider of this service, as we have qualified personnel to deliver this type of training that can be delivered as micro-credentials (MC). The term stands for short-term teaching and training modules or courses that can be offered for a variety of learners.

Therefore, we propose initiating a survey of training needs to tailor the MC offerings to the actual training requirements of various enterprises, organizations, or companies. This survey can also serve to inquire whether enterprises would be willing to participate as experts in providing feedback for the pilot MCs, as well as contributing to the design of teaching materials.
