The BIP on intercultural management aims to provide administrative and management staff from Ulysseus partner universities with essential skills and knowledge for effective international cooperation. The programme is tailored for individuals keen to further their ability to manage cultural differences and inter-institutional collaboration in a multilingual environment effectively.

The virtual component of the BIP will take place in May 2025, with the exact dates to be determined.

Learning Outcomes

The Ulysseus European University Alliance will serve as a practical model for the theoretical framework. Through its structure, the alliance facilitates a comprehensive understanding of intercultural dynamics while enhancing the professional competencies essential for collaboration in a multicultural academic environment.
