Call: Excellence Fellowships for Young Researchers 2025
As part of its commitment to excellence and international outreach, the IdEx Université Côte d’Azur is launching the 2025 Young Researcher Excellence Fellowships campaign to encourage the recruitment of young researchers at post-doctoral level for a 24-month period in its laboratories. The deadline to apply is March 17, 2025.
The call for proposals “Excellence Fellowships for Young Researchers” is designed to fund 12 contracts. All disciplines and themes are covered. Applicants must first contact a Université Côte d’Azur laboratory or research group. Together, the candidate and supervisor will draw up an original research program, which will be submitted via our dedicated Nuxéo platform.
This call will enable high-level young scientists to join a laboratory of Université Côte d’Azur, with one of the following specific objectives:
- Enabling the postdoctoral fellow to prepare an application for a permanent position at Université Côte d’Azur, such as a Chargé de Recherche (CR) position in a French national research organization, with one of Université Côte d’Azur’s host laboratories selected as the first-choice assignment.
AND/OR
- Allowing the supervisor of the postdoctoral project and/or the fellow to submit an ERC grant application within two years of recruitment.
