Excellence Fellowships for Young Researchers 2024
The Initiative of Excellence (IdEX) of Université Côte d’Azur (UniCA) announces the launch of the Excellence Fellowships for Young Researchers 2024. This call aims to support highly talented young scientists, with applications accepted until April 12, 2024. Eligibility spans all disciplines and themes.
The fellowship program, endowed to fund 12 contracts, offers selected researchers the opportunity to join a UniCA’s laboratory for a period of 24 months. Candidates should get in touch with a research laboratory or group from UniCA to carry out the research project. Together, the candidate and the local host should come up with an original research program and submit the application.
Successful candidates will receive a gross monthly salary of 3,520 euros, along with an operating budget of 5,000 euros for the project’s duration.
Timeline:
- January 2024: Launch of the call for applications
- April 12, 2024: Deadline for submission of applications
- June 17, 2024: Notification of results
- January 30, 2025: Deadline for taking up the position
