On 24 September 2021, Ulysseus held a series of video-interviews with six Ulysseus scientists on circular economy, climate change, green transition, renewable energy and waste management all of them, closely related to the European Green Deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The European Researchers\u2019 Night \u2014 an annual event coordinated by Marie Sk\u0142odowska Curie Actions (MSCA) which aims at bringing research and researchers closer to the public and to showcase the impact of their work on people\u2019s daily life. The initiative will combine face-to-face and online activities celebrated across 371 cities in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Martina\u00a0Zele\u0148\u00e1kov\u00e1 is a Full professor at the Institute of Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Ko\u0161ice in Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Her research is focused on water management, environmental impact assessment, and mainly environmental risks assessment in river basins in relation to flood events, erosion and water pollution. The results of her work have been published in national and international journals and scientific conference proceedings.
