The Ulysseus’ Innovation Hub of Food, Biotechnology & Circular Economy, led by MCI | The Entrepreneurial School in Austria, is inviting researchers from the alliance working in the fields of food technology, agricultural sciences, biosciences, biotechnology, and circular economy to foster exchanges and get-together activities in order to build and strengthen future collaborations and research activities within and beyond the alliance.

This workshop is one of the activities of the summer school and will bring together researchers and lecturers from all Ulysseus partner universities:

  • University of Seville (Spain)
  • University of Genoa in (Italy)
  • Université Côte d’Azur (France)
  • Technical University of Košice (Slovakia)
  • MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®  (Austria)
  • Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland)

The aim of this event is to get in touch with the relevant players in the fields of food, biotechnology & circular economy; explore collaborations in forthcoming Horizon Europe and Erasmus + project proposals in the areas of food systems, biotechnology & circular economy; building consortia for Horizon and Erasmus + proposals and explore the development of joint study programs in this very same field.

To establish new collaborations and develop joint European Projects, this workshop will focus on pre-selected draft calls for proposal. In preparation of the workshop, we therefore kindly researchers to have a look and fill in the following calls for proposal survey.

MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, on behalf of the Innovation Hub Food, Biotechnology & Circular Economy, is pleased to invite students of the Ulysseus European University partner universities to the XVI Biotechnet Summer School in cooperation with the Ulysseus COMPASS Summer School on Food, Biotechnology & Circular Economy.

Join us to discuss and learn about the latest developments in the fields of food, biotechnology & circular economy and contribute in get-together activities to build and strengthen future collaborations and research activities within and beyond Biotechnet and Ulysseus.

Up to 90 motivated, advanced students from Biotechnet and all Ulysseus institutions are invited to learn about the latest developments in the fields of food, biotechnology & circular economy. The program will consist of scientific presentations provided by invited researchers of all involved institutions and of career workshops with graduates and industry experts.

This event will take place from 12th to 15th of September 2022 and the registration deadline for students is 15 July.
