This living laboratory is led by the Innovation Hub of Ageing &amp; Well-Being and managed by Professor David Darmon (Physician, Vice-President of Health at the Universit\u00e9 C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Nice_staff-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50604\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Nice_staff-1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Nice_staff-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Nice_staff.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeanick Brisswalter, President of Universit\u00e9 C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur, officially opened the living lab during a press conference held at the Innovation Hub of Ageing &amp; Well-Being. During his presentation he stated that \u201cUniversit\u00e9 C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur Innovation Hub &#8220;can coordinate many research and innovation initiatives on the territory of ageing and is also a way to create a continuum between fundamental research and the creation of start-ups&#8221;. It will be a place for full-scale testing of new services, tools or uses, where local authorities, companies, associations, research laboratories and potential users will cooperate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Living-lab_students-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50590\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Living-lab_students-1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Living-lab_students-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Living-lab_students-jpg.webp 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the Ulysseus Innovation Ecosystem, the Innovation Hub of Ageing &amp; Well-Being aims at creating a \u00abliving laboratory\u202f\u00bb that will include a learning Lab, a start-up incubator, a data warehouse and the Living Lab. These tools will enable the development of new technologies, the improvement of care and assistance to people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Living Laboratory will be a space for sharing knowledge, technologies, and exchanges on the societal challenges of tomorrow. It will offer unique conditions for research and experimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Match4Cooperation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, the Digitalization Unit of Ulysseus based at Universit\u00e9 Cot\u00ea D\u2019Azur launched Match4Cooperation, an app that will contribute to the regional and local development by serving as a virtual meeting point for key stakeholders within the community, with the aim of bringing solutions to market on challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a unique social network that allows the Ulysseus research community to exchange on their work and collaborate on European Union calls and other public or private opportunities.\u202fThat is, it connects Ulysseus academics, raising an equal level of awareness about EU research calls for projects and to promote research mobility within Ulysseus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Match4Cooperation-web-2-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50393\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Match4Cooperation-web-2-1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Match4Cooperation-web-2-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/ulysseus.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Match4Cooperation-web-2-jpg.webp 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Ulysseus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ulysseus is one of the 44 European Universities selected by the European Commission to become the universities of the future.
